This is a beautiful villa located in a subtropical village of the pacific coast where the infrastructure and services in town might be limit at times, you might encounter thunder storms, exotic animals walking/flying around the property remember we are in their habitat, power outages might happen specially during storms, the supply of water on the hill is limited, we keep provisions of water but please be careful and conscious of this vital element, and if anything like this happens please keep calm and enjoy this beautiful paradise while we try our best to resolve any situation that could happen.

Villas Piedra Blanca is a beautiful villa located in the north side of iconic subtropical village of Sayulita on the Mexican pacific coast.
ADDITIONAL EVENTS:
The upper gardens area is available as an event specific venue for larger parties that would include outside guests for an additional fee, naturally all the property is open for our guests at all time.
JUNGLE LIFE:
Sayulita is in the jungle, therefore exotic animals walking/flying around the property are not uncommon, remember we are in their habitat. Keep in mind that during Monsoon season, you might encounter some pretty epic thunder storms, that challenge the grid and therefore power outages might happen.
ACCESIBILITY:
The property is located on Nanzal Hill, Nanzal is a steep hill that overlooks the ocean, Villa Piedra blanca is accessed by what many would call a very steep road, gravel, dirt and cobblestones makes a true 4x4 the appropriate vehicle to drive up, additionally, the walk up does require some effort, and is hardly recomendable for elderly guests with severe mobility issues. Once on the property we have steep driveways and stairs throughout Villas Piedra Blanca.
Let this not be a deterrent as we regularly host weddings with guests from all walks of life, the view and memories are spectacular and the letters of gratitude speak for themselves.
We just want to be clear that guests with mobility issues or disabilities might find the venue challenging.
WATER:
The delivered supply of fresh water on the hill is limited by the town’s modest infrastructure, we supplement our containers by trucking ample quantities of water up the hill, please be mindful and conscious to prevent running out unexpectedly.
PROXIMITY:
By golf cart or car i takes you approximately 3 minutes to get to the nearest beach and a few minutes to find yourself in the heart of town. By foot it’s a 600 meter walk down the hill to the beach.

Summary: Lovely stay! Unbelievable views and excellent communication with Martin the house manager. Definitely do make note of the hills (both to get to the property and to get to the upper palapa level) and the couple of shared bathrooms. Golf carts made the hills manageable and allowed for more exploration in Sayulita anyways. Enjoy!

Summary: Words cannot describe how amazing this property is. Martin is AMAZING!!! We had 14 of us and everyone felt like they had their own space to relax while still feeling connected to everyone. The views!!!! Overlooking the town with a perfect sunset view. Highly reccommend this property. Its the perfect mix of being north enough to be out of town but still close enough to get into town in less than 5 minutes.

Summary: Yearly family vacation for 12 and this was the perfect property and location for us. Read all previous reviews to help you make the right decision. It was ideal for our needs but it is up a very steep hill with a very steep driveway you have to walk up to gain access to both villas. We rented golf carts and would say that was a must. It is best to take pesos as a lot of the town’s restaurants take cash only and have a higher exchange rate. Yarib and Martin are great to work with and are very helpful to answer any question you may have. The cleaner comes in every other day and she is very thorough and non intrusive. All three pools are great with plenty of seating areas on both patios. The joint villas are very well equipped with plenty of space in main and bedroom areas. Beautiful views and amazing sunsets. This definitely was a perfect choice for our needs. Thank you Yarib and Martin.

Summary: The property was perfect for our extended family. We had 10 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room for everyone. We hosted a Welcome Party for 100 people in the event space. Although it was a bit of a steep walk or ride to get to the house and the upper garden, the views were incredible! There was plenty of room for dinner seating for all of our guests and the palapa was perfect for shade and extra seating. Yarib was great to work with and responded quickly to all of our questions. If you are looking for a truly special place to spend some time with family or friends or to host a special event, please consider Villas Piedra Blanca. With 3 pools we had a hard time deciding where to play each day. Everything was provided for a wonderful time...just bring food, or hire a chef!

Summary: House and pools were amazing, beds super comfortable, layout of house perfect for adult couples. We hired a chef for two days, highly recommend. We rented golf carts to go to town, definitely too far to walk. It was so nice to not hear the nightlife noise until 4:00 am, but still enjoy all Sayulita has to offer. I would stay here again for sure.

Summary: This place was perfect for our work retreat! it was very spacious and even had a perfect space outdoors for our workshops. Also lots of spaces so the whole group want forced to be with each other all the time. Amazing kitchen and equipped with everything that is needed. Martin the house manager was always responsive and gave me solutions when we needed them. Also the 3 pools are great an have amazing view. The only small downside is how steep it is to get to the house, from main entrance to the actual door of the house it gets very difficult to get there with bags. And to go to town I would recommend taxis rather that walking down (not recommended for people with mobility issues). One of our group decided to do it and had a hard time getting back in the sun and how steep it is. If you like you can rent a golf car but I would recommend on how steep it gets. Communication in general was ok, we only had a couple of miscommunications but nothing that was not able to be resolved in a timey manner. Great views of Sayulita and the sunset.

Summary: This home was absolutely amazing. We had a party of 14 adults and 2 kids. The pools were perfect. The bedrooms were large, comfortable, quiet, and cold. The beds and pillows were comfy. The views were amazing, and the noise from the town was no problem. The property manager was responsive and attentive. The golf cart was cool, and we recommend renting more to get to and from town. It’s a steep, but short walk. I 1000000% recommend staying at this property.
